Luxury Living in North Austin: West Lake Vistas

The most relaxing place I have ever lived. I have never been so happy to come home after a long day to my quiet and spacious apartment. The huge wall of windows allow me to take in the spectacular views from the moment I walk in the door, from the kitchen while I prepare dinner, the dining room table and the comfort of my couch. I love waking up to view from my bed and then drinking my coffee on the shady patio looking over the rolling hill sides. The pools and grounds are very well attended. The residents are fun and friendly. We love grilling dinner by the pool during the week when things are very quiet and hanging out with new friends in the pool on the weekends. It feels like we are on permanent vacation living here. We look forward to making good use of the large sky lounge on the 5th floor and the club house since we love to entertain. Moving from the Detroit area we had no idea just how beautiful TX would be. We are just minutes always from the Colorado river, 360 bridge, twin and sculpture falls, bull creek. The office and maintenance staff the absolute best. They made our move a breeze. Becky took her time to listen to what we were looking for and found us the perfect apartment on the floor that we wanted with the view that we wanted all while staying under budget. Jess and Kristen were incredibly helpful getting us set up here since we knew nothing about TX. They were very patient with us when we didn't sign and send back the lease right away since we were in the middle of hectic renovations on our home in MI. They kept in touch as needed to make sure we had everything we needed and sent us information and reminders as we got closer to our move in date so that we had all of our utilities and cable set up prior to moving in. I absolutely love living here. I am not sure if we will ever go back to home ownership with the comfort of all the amenities and attentive staff that allow us to live a care free life. Oh and the best part it the parking garage in the middle of the building that allows me to park right next to my 3rd story apartment door so I never have to haul anything up any stairs!

Becky is my go-to manager at Westlake Vistas...if she doesn't have an answer, she finds one. This is my 4th year living here and our 3rd management team; the transition has been rough but this staff REALLY does everything they can to make our lives here better! I am a retired Air Force and originate from NYC, I relocate A LOT and I expect the best out of what I pay for; this property strives to meet those expectations and then some. Come see for yourself!

We lived here for three years and loved it. Beyond the beautiful views and well-designed floor plans, the new management is making consistent improvements to create an even more enjoyable place to live. The new dog park is a huge hit and gets neighbors out and engaging with one another. Great place to live in west Austin!

I feel like I am living on a resort! This place is amazing. The gym is incredible equipped with a yoga room. The pools are beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. I love the huge walk in closets and the huge deep bath tubs. The kitchen is amazing with large granite counter tops. The high ceilings make it feel so open. Full front wall windows look out onto the most beautiful landscapes that I can see from the moment I walk in the front door thru the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The residents are incredibly friendly and I feel like I have known them for years. The sky lounge is a huge perk for when we want to have more than a couple people over we have a great space to entertain that will impress any guest (as if he pools were enough)! The office and maintenance staff are incredibly helpful and attentive especially Becky and Jess and Kristen! The covered parking garage the runs in the middle of the building allow me to pull right up to my 3rd story door so I never have to haul grocery or anything else up any stairs. The whole complex is very quiet yet I still feel comfortable in my own home without worrying about bothering anyone. Did I mention how friendly the residence and staff are? I am not sure we will ever be able to go back to home ownership after living here where I don't even need to take out the trash because they have valet waste removal;) We are less than a mile from the county line bbq with outdoor dining on the river. 5 minutes from the spectacular 360 bridge. 10 minutes from The Oasis on Lake Travis. There is a convenient store across the street alone with a great sports bar that has amazing burgers.

The staff here is amazing! They have already gone above & beyond to make sure their service matches the amazing views you have from this complex. Even my parents thought this was some resort instead of an apartment complex. I'm really looking forward to my living experience here & pretty sure I will be renewing next year :)

I recently move to Austin with no family in Texas whatsoever. Becky and her staff has gone the extra mile to make my transition as smooth as possible. The upkeep and management of the grounds are phenomenal and their smiles and willingness attitude is the cherry on top. If you move to Austin there is no greater place with an even better view than West Lake Vista.
