Sea Level NC is a great option if you’re looking for locally-grown farm-to-fork oysters in a gorgeous and elegant establishment. This Charlotte favorite is “casual fine-dining” at its best. Be sure to check out their incredible happy hour for $1 oysters and enjoy one of Sea Level NC’s beautifully curated cocktails. They are open for lunch and dinner with menu choices such as paella, catfish Reuben, or lobster bisque.

Bringing locally-inspired and seasonal foods to Charlotte’s fine-dining scene is Haymaker.
