I start my day with yoga as soon as I get out of bed. As a personal trainer I have to remember to take care of my body and mind and not just those of my clients. Sometimes I use the fitness center but mostly I just roll out of bed and my mat is already laid out for me. If I’m in a rush and don’t get this time in for myself, my body makes me pay for it for the rest of the day.
