Partnership is the highest promotion an associate can earn at The Connor Group. This August, five associates earned that distinction, bringing our total number of partners to 70.

The Connor Group’s Central Support Office was recently featured on America ByDESIGN, a national program highlighting standout architecture and innovation across the country.

The Greater Dayton School recently brought together 138 families, 180 students and the entire school staff for its Spring Awards Ceremony.

Larry Connor returned to Ohio University to deliver the commencement address. He shares a message about belief, resilience and growth, values that continue to shape The Connor Group’s culture today.

The Connor Group has earned the 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award, a national recognition based entirely on employee feedback.

“Earning Partner of the Year means everything to me,” said Michelle. “This company challenges you to be better every day, and I’ve always leaned into that. To be recognized at this level is something I’m incredibly proud of.”

Five associates were promoted to partner, one of the highest honors at The Connor Group during this past awards dinner.

This month, Erica celebrates 20 years with The Connor Group. She is the most tenured woman in our company.

When the AppWork Coins leaderboard closed, more than half of the top 25 spots nationwide were held by Connor Group associates.

Last Friday, the gym at The Greater Dayton School was filled with laughter, excitement and holiday spirit as students and their families gathered for the school’s annual holiday celebration, Winterfest.
