The Connor Group has won the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s 2026 Best Corporate Steward: Small and Middle-Market Business award.
Presented at the Citizens Awards gala in Washington, D.C., the national honor recognizes the company’s commitment to using business success to make a difference in the community. The Connor Group was selected from four finalists in its category.
For more than 25 years, the Citizens Awards have recognized businesses that use their talent, resources and expertise to improve communities. The Best Corporate Steward award specifically recognizes companies that create value beyond business performance.
At The Connor Group, that commitment starts with a simple belief: When a company is successful, it has a responsibility to give back.
Through its nonprofit, Kids & Community Partners, The Connor Group builds programs from the ground up, setting ambitious goals and measuring results.
Those programs include Greater Schools, a whole-child education model designed to break the cycle of generational poverty; Colin’s Lodge, which helps adults with cognitive differences build independence and belonging; and Connor Kids Academy, which teaches middle school boys healthy habits and character.
