Partnership is the highest promotion an associate can earn at The Connor Group. This August, five associates earned that distinction, bringing our total number of partners to 70.
Our newest partners, Keven Johnson, Adam Hutchinson, Jimmy Stastny, Caleb Burke and Rachel Stacey, represent the range of roles and career paths across the company. Keven, Adam and Jimmy lead and develop service teams across our apartment communities. Caleb uses data and analytics to help drive stronger business decisions, and Rachel manages complex executive priorities at the highest levels of the organization.
What they share is the standard behind partnership: consistently performing at a high level, taking ownership beyond their individual role, making the people around them better and leaving the business stronger than they found it.
