When something breaks, when a new associate needs training, when the sky feels like it’s falling, there’s one person everyone calls: Partner and Senior Service Trainer Dave Peacock.
Dave joined The Connor Group in 2010 as a lead tech, and from the beginning, his work spoke for itself. He earned a reputation for solving problems fast, teaching others how to do the same and showing up wherever he was needed. In 2018, that relentless commitment was recognized with partnership.
Fifteen years later, Dave is still the one associates call when they need help. He trains, mentors and supports service teams across Cincinnati, Dayton and beyond. He finds creative solutions that save thousands, steps in when markets need support and still makes time to volunteer at Colin’s Lodge.
What makes Dave exceptional isn’t just his technical expertise. It’s his consistency, humility and heart. Associates he works with describe him as the calm voice in a crisis, the steady hand who leads by example and the friend who always shows up.
He doesn’t seek attention. In fact, when asked about this milestone, Dave said, “I do not need that. I work best in the shadows.”
But after 15 years of developing people, solving problems and living our Core Values, his impact speaks louder than words.
Dave has become more than a leader. He sets the standard for showing up, solving the problem and doing the right thing, every single day.
