Regional Vice President Michelle Murphy has been named The Connor Group’s 2025 Partner of the Year.
“Earning Partner of the Year means everything to me,” said Michelle. “This company challenges you to be better every day, and I’ve always leaned into that. To be recognized at this level is something I’m incredibly proud of.”
Michelle’s career has been defined by consistent performance and strong leadership. She played a key role in building the Minneapolis market into one of the strongest in the company’s portfolio, while mentoring leaders who now drive results across the organization.
In her current role, Michelle oversees the Charlotte and Raleigh markets, where she continues to focus on alignment, talent development and performance across multiple communities.
This marks the first time Michelle has earned Partner of the Year after being nominated each year since becoming a partner in 2022.
Her recognition reflects a track record of delivering results, building strong teams and creating lasting impact across the business.
