Ridge Road Middle School
Offering a wide range of rigorous academic programs, Ridge Road Middle School is working to become a nationally certified AVID school. The neighborhood school offers an award-winning arts program that includes dance, band, visual arts, orchestra, and world drumming. Supporting grades 6 through 8, Ridge Road’s faculty and staff are well-versed in core curricula. The middle school places a high value on social-emotional learning and has three school counselors, a social worker, three social-emotional learning and behavior interventionists, and mental health therapists on campus. They also have an impressive and award-winning sports program.

Mallard Creek High School
Opening in 2017, Mallard Creek High School serves grades 9 through 12 and has been recognized with an Award for National Excellence in Urban Education by the National Center for Urban School Transformation in both 2014 and 2017. The high school, located just 10-minutes away from our Mallard Creek apartments, focuses to produce graduates that are college and career-ready. Students have the option to pursue an education in science, math, the humanities, visual arts, performing arts, engineering, or business, with even more options through its NC Virtual Public School lab and the NC College and Career Promise program. In addition to impressive academics, Mallard Creek High School offers a wide variety of competitive athletic programs as well.
