Known as Tim’s, Timmy’s, TI’s, and many other endearing nicknames, this local watering hole has been named one of the Best College Bars in the country. Just over 10 minutes from our apartments in West Carrollton is the Dublin Pub. This one-of-a-kind establishment is located in a former Shell gas station with a historic church addition that adds 2,200 square feet of incredible space. This Irish pub has been voted the Top 10 Pubs in the U.S. as well as Best Fries in Dayton and largest St. Patrick’s Day in Ohio. Basically, it’s the place to be. Lucky’s Taproom & Eatery
Located in Dayton’s Historic Oregon District, Lucky’s Taproom and Eatery has been open since 2011. Get in touch with your inner cowboy…or take a trip to the islands at Ned Peppers Bar. This traditional western bar has 12 beers on tap and a wide array of liquors and spirits—or, head to the back where guests will find a Tiki bar with a full island theme.
