Strawberry Cobbler
Serves: 8

Ingredients
- Sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 3 cups strawberries
- Butter
- Flour
- Milk
- Baking powder
Details: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Pour strawberries into a large bowl and add sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Mix well until the fruit is coated. Pour mixture into buttered baking dish and top with two tablespoons of butter. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl then add 3 tablespoons of butter and milk. Mix until a soft dough is formed.
