Give their Maibock a try or opt for a Baltic Porter if you prefer a darker brew.

Tupps Brewery – The moment you step into Tupps Brewery, you’ll be taken back in time to old Texas and the time of the Cotton Mill. Inside, Tupps is crafting some deliciously creative beers in a super relaxed and fun environment. Be sure to check their calendar for events like live music, yoga and beer, and trivia nights. Their core beers include the IPA, National Standard, Citra Pale Ale, and Juice Pack.

Union Bear – Known as Plano’s first brewery, Union Bear isn’t your standard brewery. Not only will visitors find a delicious signature line of craft beers, but you’ll also be offered an extensive bar menu and mouth-watering food options. Proudly brewing “no coast” beer, Union Bear is creating some tasty beers like a Raspberry Saison and Barrel-Aged Black Rye IPA. Hungry? Their impressive menu includes options like Tuna Tostadas, the Union Burger, and Drunken Chicken – all of which complement the beer perfectly, of course.

Unlawful Assembly – The award-winning brewmaster at Unlawful Assembly is creating beers with non-traditional ingredients and deliciously unexpected flavor combinations. Each beer is also brewed to be paired well with food, which is always a plus. Some of their year-round classics include the Blind Justice IPA, Smoke Screen Brown Ale, and Deviant Behavior Belgian Wit. Be sure to come back throughout the year to try some seasonal favorites like the Passionfruit Pineapple Wheat. If you’re looking for more trivia – Unlawful Assembly hosts weekly Geeks Who Drink trivia nights.

Four Bullets Brewery – “English ale with a Texas twist” is how Four Bullets Brewery describes their beer. However, after perfecting a few of their English ales, Four Bullets has expanded its menu to include an array of beers to satisfy every craft beer lover’s palate. Their flagship brew is the Black Jack Brown and was followed up by the Royal Flush Red and the Two Pairs Pale. Since then their tap list has expanded with blondes, IPAs, and stouts pouring daily. Check their calendar for live music and events.
