And for the days when you feel like exploring and taking a dip in the waters of nature, there are lots of great swimming spots nearby. Here are some of the coolest spots to chill out near Firestone West 7th.

 

Lake Worth

Just 15 minutes from our downtown Fort Worth apartments is Lake Worth. This big, beautiful lake is the perfect place to go fishing, boating, kayaking, or just hopping in the water. Lake Arlington

Another great spot to cool off and get the boat in the water is Lake Arlington. Marine Creek Lake

Just under twenty minutes from our downtown Fort Worth apartments is Marine Creek Lake. This 250-acre lake is a ‘no-wake lake,’ making it calm, accessible, and ideal for all sorts of recreational activities. From swimming, kite surfing, sailing, fishing, rowing, kayaking, and more – there’s always something fun to do here. Burger’s Lake

Nothing screams “summer fun” like Burger’s Lake in Fort Worth. This 30-acre park boasts sandy beaches for sunbathing, with trees if you’d prefer some shade. The facility also offers a complete staff of certified lifeguards, over 300 picnic tables, six diving boards, a 20-foot slide, a 25-foot trapeze, charcoal grills, and lots more. If you don’t feel like grilling yourself, then you can always grab a bite at the lake’s snack bar with burgers, hot dogs, Frito pies, and more. Eagle Mountain Lake
