Mexican, Asian, Irish, American, Italian – there is something for whatever your tastebuds might be craving. And it’s all in downtown Naperville.

Downtown Naperville has an eclectic and diverse array of cuisines to offer – whether it’s Sunday brunch, mid-week happy hour, brewery explorations, or a fancy dinner out. Pub, Bar, & Grill Fare

Jackson Avenue Pub – Burgers, beer, and impeccable service. Sounds like heaven on earth, right? Turns out, it’s at Jackson Avenue Pub. Start with an appetizer of wings or tater tots before choosing a juicy burger from their extensive and creative burger menu. Don’t feel like a burger? They also have offerings like fish tacos, brats, and massive salads. Wash it all down with one of their nearly 20 beers on tap.

Plank Bar & Kitchen – Located inside the Indigo Hotel, Plank Bar & Kitchen offers pub fare – elevated. It’s the perfect venue to share some small plates with friends like a cheese board, bacon mac and cheese, or pear and gorgonzola flatbread. They also offer breakfast seven days a week.

Two Brothers Barrel House – Known as Naperville’s home for craft cocktails, artisan beer, and Americana comfort food, Two Brothers Barrel House has indoor and outdoor seating in a neighborhood-like environment. They offer daily specials like ‘Kids-Eat-Half-Off’ Mondays and ‘Beer and Burger’ Wednesdays.

Ikkai Japanese Restaurant – If there is one craving that comes on strong, it’s the craving for sushi. Ikkai Japanese Restaurant is here for you. Their menu boasts all of the Japanese classics – sushi, tempura, teriyaki plates, sashimi, and so much more.

Bangkok Village – Opened in 1989, Bangkok Village was Naperville’s first Thai restaurant and it’s still just as delicious as ever. The massive menu features Thai favorites like fresh spring rolls, pad kee mao, curries, pineapple fried rice, and Thai custard for dessert.

Mexican

Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar – Fun, hip, festive, and family-friendly is what Fat Rosie’s is all about. Plus, lots of tequila and lots of tacos – do you really need any more? Name a Mexican menu item and, chances are, Fat Rosie’s has it. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, platos, fundidos, and more. Not to mention, margaritas that with one sip – you feel like you’ve been transported south of the border.

Potter’s Place – Potter’s Place is the place to be for entertainment, fun, food, and cocktails. The menu boasts generous portions of Mexican fare like fajitas, tacos, tamales, and over a dozen margarita options. Looking for a place to head for late-night entertainment? Potter’s Place has live music and DJs every Saturday at 9 pm.

Quiubo – When you live at our apartments in Naperville, you certainly have no shortage of tacos at your fingertips. Newly-opened Quiubo has a menu full of creative, hand-made tacos as well as many botanas (similar to tapas) to share. They also have beer, margaritas, wine, and Mexican sodas.

Italian & Pizza

La Sorella Di Francesca – Open for nearly 30 years, La Sorella Di Francesca has perfected Italian cooking to a ‘T’. Guests can expect rustic Italian cuisine in a sophisticated trattoria environment. Risotto, linguini, prosciutto parmigiana, pizza, and carpaccio are just a few of the delectable items you’ll find on the menu. They also boast an extensive and ever-changing wine menu.

Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria – Repeatedly voted one of Chicago’s favorite pizzas, Lou Malnati’s authentic Chicago-style pizzeria is doing it right. Making each pizza from scratch, their signature deep-dish pizza has a flaky, buttery crust with only the freshest ingredients used as toppings. You can even ship one of their famous pies across the country.

Giordanos – Another pizza in the neighborhood to try is Giordanos ‘stuffed’ pizza. This double-crusted, cheese-filled creation has been served since 1974 and rivals its competitors in flavor and quality. Go with the classic Chicago-style deep-dish or try one of their pan pizzas for a different texture. You’ll need to do a taste test for yourself to find out!

Catch 35 – Voted the best seafood in downtown Naperville, Catch 35 offers the freshest seafood and steaks in town. The restaurant’s menu features seasonal offerings like Alaskan halibut, Georges Bank od, and Block Island swordfish.
