Exciting things are coming in 2023 near our apartments in Cary

There is so much fun to be had when you’re a resident of our Cary apartments. Between our resort-style swimming pool, TV and billiards lounge, indoor basketball and racquet ball courts, and coffee and hot chocolate bar, there is never a dull moment when you live at The Reserve at Cary Park. And when it comes to having fun off-property, there are some exciting things on the horizon – like the new development at Downtown Cary Park. Keep reading to see what kind of fun and entertainment awaits.

What is Downtown Cary Park?

For over two decades, Downtown Cary Park has been in development. Upon completion, the park will total an impressive seven acres of lawn space, with many features and attractions. The highlight of this exciting new area is a tiered water feature that provides an eye-catching focal point for the park. Walking paths around the lawn lead you on tour through “rooms” comprised of outdoor pavilions and public spaces, as well as food and beverage facilities, play areas for both kids and dogs, interactive water features, and lots more.

Best of all are the programming options it offers – art exhibitions, classes in art and crafts, performances and concerts, cardio and fitness classes, just to name a few. It’s all part of their goal to energize Downtown Cary with accessible activity within a community environment. And best of all? It will be located less than 20 minutes from our Cary apartments.
