Coaches will guide and push you through 5 heart rate zones in a workout that consists of rowing, cardio, and strength training. Optimally, you’ll spend at least 12 minutes in the “orange zone” to boost metabolism, burn calories, and burn fat. CrossFit may seem super intimidating to some, but at CrossFit Blue Ash, all classes can be modified to meet you wherever you are on your health and fitness journey. Incorporating a form of interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout made up of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Just over 7 miles from our apartments in West Chester is the popular national chain Planet Fitness. Guests can expect high-quality fitness at a hard-to-believe affordable price—around $10 a month. The spacious facility has state-of-the-art cardio equipment, weights, personal training, fun classes, and more. Sydney Cummings
Not up for going to the gym? We totally get it! Thankfully, Sydney Cummings on YouTube is here to help. A NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Sydney Cummings has hundreds of workout videos to help you get in the best shape of your life…right from your living room. Her playlists can be sorted by type or by length, so you can choose a 10-minute workout to a 60-minute workout that gets your heart rate up and those muscles working. POPSUGAR Fitness
Another popular YouTube channel to help you shed pounds and burn calories in a fun way is POPSUGAR Fitness. With over 5.88 million subscribers, their videos range in every possible way imaginable. You can also count on this popular YouTube channel to have all the trending workouts like the Victoria’s Secret workout, Tabata, P90X, Bar Method, and more.
