About Curtis J. Moody
Curt Moody was a humble visionary. His talent, work ethic, and integrity led him to build the nation's largest African-American-owned architecture firm, winning awards along the way. Some of his most impressive projects were partnerships with The Connor Group, including the design of The Greater Dayton School (See Image Below).
To memorialize Curt’s legacy and contributions to our work, we award the Curtis J. Moody Memorial Scholarship to a new recipient every other year. The $10,000 scholarship is renewable annually for up to four years and goes to an Ohio student majoring in architecture.
