The Connor Group managers recognized at 2022 All In Dinner

A night to recognize

As confetti and applause rained down on 34 Connor Group managers, CEO Bob Lloyd and managing partner Larry Connor expressed their appreciation for these elite associates. In 2022, these associates were All In, meeting challenging performance criteria consistently over the last twelve months.

Among the elite group were three standouts, who earned an invitation to all three All In celebrations since the event began. They are partner and senior director Katie Powell, partner and senior director Tiffany Montoya and senior manager Rebekah Roat.

“This year had such a different vibe,” said Rebekah. “Year 1 was very intimate since there were only nine of us. Year two had a meet and greet feeling, but this year since everyone is more familiar with each other, it really felt like a big celebration.”

Although the event more than tripled in size, earning an invitation is no easy task. The managers recognized were part of 16 property sales, refinances and supplementals in 2022, helping in large part drive nearly $2 billion in transactional volume.

“We aim high,” Larry said. “It is in large part because of the 34 managers here that we had that record-setting transactional volume in 2022.”

After more than a decade of Connor Group experience, partner Katie Powell shared advice for managers trying to crack the 2023 guest list.

“Don’t color outside the lines. Follow the proven systems, or if you don’t, you won’t be elite. It’s pretty simple,” she said.

Congratulations to our 2022 All In managers.
