Connor Group ranks 21st nationwide for company culture

The Connor Group, a real estate investment firm based in Dayton, Ohio, is proud to announce it was recognized with two Comparably Awards in 2019 – Best Company Culture and Best Company for Women.

The Comparably awards are based upon honest, anonymous feedback from current and former associates of companies nationwide. The final data set was compiled from nearly 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies on Comparably.com from November 2018 to November 2019.

“We’ve built a culture that sets and embraces audacious goals; when we hear the word ‘impossible,’ we’re all in,” said Managing Partner Larry Connor. “In return, we recognize our associates with a totally unique Reward & Recognition program with Wish List Gifts, Sale-ebrations, and Awards Breakfasts. The Connor Group ranks 21st on the Best Company Culture 2019 list against companies nationwide and is the only Ohio-based company to win an award in the small to mid-size business category. The company is rated A+ in the leadership category, ranking in the Top 5% of similarly-sized companies across the U.S. Ratings also revealed associates are extremely happy with their total compensation, including pay and benefits.

The Best Company for Women Award is based solely on how satisfied female employees are with their workplaces, using the same core culture metrics used to determine the Best Company Culture winners.
