December was a statement month for The Connor Group’s lead techs.
When the AppWork Coins leaderboard closed, more than half of the top 25 spots nationwide were held by Connor Group associates. Thirteen lead techs across nine of our markets earned a place on the list, reinforcing the company’s standard of execution at a national level.
AppWork is the platform our residents use to submit work orders. Technicians earn coins for completing work orders and positive resident feedback. In a system designed to reward consistency and quality, Connor Group associates rose to the top.
On top of the leaderboard once again were Charlie Klare and Russell Hicks, two lead technicians who have traded the top spot month after month. Charlie, based at one of our Cincinnati properties, led all Connor Group technicians in 2025 with 5,736 work orders. Russell, who works in San Antonio, finished first overall on AppWork for four consecutive months to close out the year.
Across different markets and workloads, Connor Group technicians delivered the same result: performance at the highest level. Great work!
