The National Awards Dinner is the most prestigious event of the year. It’s a night where associates across the country dress up, gather for dinner in their own markets and watch as a company-wide broadcast reveals the best of the best. We recognize exceptional associates on a national stage—those who drive results, develop future leaders and raise the bar for everyone around them.
The highest honor an associate can achieve is earning partnership. It’s a career milestone that is earned through elite performance and acting like an owner. This year, three high achievers, Jennifer Jutte, Kevin Pierce and Nicole Turk, officially became partners. Each of them took a different path to get here, but one thing remained the same: wherever they went, they left no doubt.
Another prestigious honor is the National Core Value Award, given to the associate who best embodies the principles that drive our success. This year, partner and senior director Kim Whitesell was recognized for her years of leadership, impact and commitment to excellence.
“It’s my favorite award to give, so to be recognized nationally for upholding the core values is extremely special,” Kim said.
