In 2006, Erica McLoughlin walked into an interview at The Connor Group after answering a newspaper ad. Twenty years later, she’s still with us, and she remains one of the most elite operators in our company.
This month, Erica celebrates 20 years with The Connor Group. She is the most tenured woman in our company.
Over the course of her career, she has worked in multiple markets, spending the majority of her time as a property manager. She also played a key role in several property sales. She was promoted to partner in 2014, a reflection of her leadership, consistency and impact on our business.
Erica is known for her grit. Her passion and perseverance, paired with a team-first mentality, have defined her career.
After 20 years, she is still energized by the people and the challenge.
“If I tried to go somewhere else, I wouldn’t make it,” Erica said. “I’d be bored out of my mind. This is the perfect place for my personality. The people, the culture, I literally love it.”
Twenty years in, and she is still all in.
