The Connor Group has earned the 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award, a national recognition based entirely on employee feedback.
The award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have built exceptional, people-first cultures. This year, more than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate, and only 924 were selected for national recognition.
What makes this award especially meaningful is how it is earned. Winners are determined through employee feedback from a third-party survey last year. There is no essay to submit or application to fill out. The recognition comes directly from the people who experience the company’s culture every day.
