The Connor Group honored with work place award

The Connor Group earned recognition as one of the “Best Places to Work” by the Dayton Business Journal. This honor was given out at an awards dinner on Thursday night in Dayton.

The award praised The Connor Group’s company culture, best-in-class health benefits, and 401K plan for associates. It reinforces our commitment to investing in our business by focusing on the importance of our associates.

“Our company culture has always been rooted in our core values and people count,” stated Chris Jemo, partner and senior vice president of talent acquisition. “This award confirms what we’ve always known: People are the cornerstone of our success.”

The awards committee also noted the innovative ways we celebrate our top performers and high achievers. From lively Sale-a-brations to our annual awards dinners. An article in the journal mentioned that our approach to “recognizing excellence surpasses the usual.”

“The way we celebrate our associates and success is very important to our company culture. We believe it not only motivates and inspires our team but also cultivates a culture of hard work and dedication,” commented Angela Burns, partner and director of recruiting. “It shows our conviction that valuing people drives the company forward, helping us achieve what others think is impossible.”

This is the second company award for The Connor Group this year from the Dayton Business Journal, as the company was also honored as a Top 100 Company.
