The Hardest Worker I've ever known.

‘The hardest worker I’ve ever known’

He earned National Top Manager, led Bayside Arbors to back-to-back National Top Property Awards and founded our newest market out west in Phoenix.

If that resume wasn’t impressive enough, general manager Marc Vo added one more accolade to his Connor Group career. He was named our newest partner at the Tampa Awards Breakfast this morning.

“Marc is the utmost professional,” partner and regional head Kristen Rutledge said. “He is always pulled together. His business acumen is second to none, and he is always up for the next challenge.”

Since Marc started with the organization, he’s helped our markets nationwide. He’s traveled to Paddock at Eastpoint in Louisville and Waterford Place in Nashville. Every time, Marc selflessly put the organization first, acting like an owner from the beginning.

Marc is the most selfless person I have ever worked with,” said sales manager Jen Nelson. “Marc will literally throw himself in front of a fire to protect his team, and the amount of work ethic he will put in to ensure that his team is successful is amazing.”

If you’ve worked with Marc at a property, you know he is relentless in his pursuit of productivity, riding around on a scooter to make the best use of his time.

Marc holds himself to an incredibly high standard,” said partner and CEO Bob Lloyd. “He is extremely competitive. Marc has a tremendous amount of grit and he has a great work ethic.”

Marc becomes our 69th Connor Group partner, and our seventh partner promotion announced this summer. His family and his former Tampa team surprised him, a surprise that almost didn’t happen. On the day of the scheduled Awards Breakfast, a hurricane ripped through the market, putting everything on hold. Once the eye of the storm passed, our teams in Tampa and at the Central Support Office relentlessly worked to put the plan back in motion, creating a moment Marc will never forget.

Marc is more deserving of this than anybody. He’s the hardest worker I’ve ever known. And I am so, so proud,” Jen said.

Congratulations, Marc!
