Less than a 10-minute drive away from our Denver apartments is the “modern American meatery,” Hickory & Ash. Focused on hickory-grilled, locally-sourced ingredients, this eatery is the perfect place for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Menu offerings, on their website, include “short rib pastrami, classic steak tartare and Colorado striped bass Veracruz. Infinitus Pie
Who doesn’t love pizza? Nearby is the well-loved and popular Infinitus Pie. Known for their ‘build-your-own’ style of pizza, they also have “Honor Roll” house selections that are available for pick-up, delivery, and dine-in (when available). Located inside the Omni Interlocken Hotel is the casual yet elegant Meritage Restaurant.
