The Connor Group Expands in Colorado with the Acquisition of Olivine
Luxury community is the national real estate investment firm’s fourth property in the Denver area Dayton, Ohio – December 21, 2023 – The Connor Group, a leading national real estate investment firm, announced the acquisition of Olivine, a luxury multifamily community in Littleton, Colorado. The purchase price was not disclosed.
